Sorry I haven't responded sooner, but as you know when you are retired it takes a long time to do nothing LOL We received your follow up letter and it was very kind of you. We had a great trip home with the van and it was very comfortable. Next week we are taking it out for real. Everything works fine in the van and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Thankyou for your great service, You made us feel special and very comfortable while we were there. Eden is a lovely town and we will revisit when the weather is warmer. We think the south coast is very beautiful.

Dear Bryan and team,

Fred and I would like to thank you for the service you provided in our purchase of the caravan. We had a fantastic 6 weeks travelling up into inner Queensland following the barra bass trail. It was a bit rushed packing and stocking the van two days after we picked it up, and in freezing conditions, but everthing ran smoothly and the van is just what we hoped it would be. The guys fished four of the lakes (didn't catch barramundi though as waters were too cold) and caught silver perch and bass. At Lake Theresa the red claw were everywhere so the guys had cray pots out and we lived on them. We stayed up at Rollingstone (up above Townesville on the coast) for a week and just lazed around the pool and relaxed.

We are now ready for the annexe so could you please order it and we will come down to Eden when it is ready. Ring Fred if you wish to ask anything.

Thanks again for he great service, and we have mentioned ARV quite often when chatting to friendly folk in van parks etc.. and told them your the best!

Just an expression of thanks for the professional experience from both sales and service I received when purchasing the New Age Little Joey Van recently. I completed the trip back to Melbourne very comfortably after a great set up (thanks Dale) with the new towing hitch and bars. We are very happy with the new van and it was worth the 1200kms round trip to deal with you guys.

PS sad to see the Evernew go but I am sure someone will get good use out of it!

Dear Bryan,

We just wanted to say thank you very much in helping us with the purchase of our Coromal Pop Top family caravan. Your company is by far the most professional, helpful and caring that we have dealt with, and not just in the caravan trade.

Karen's fantastic service and layback, friendly, informative nature was enough for us to realize that we were in fact going to purchase a van from ARV, whether it was the one we got or another, regardless of the 7 hour drive between us. And Bryan you followed up with honesty and experience of caravan travel, which helped us immensely in making the right choice.

Sandra was so helpful on the day of handover. What a lovely friendly person, we chatted and she helped us with looking at and choosing accessories, nothing was a problem.

And what can I say about Dale, what a great guy, what an asset to your company. He went above and beyond what we had ever expected in the caravan handover. He was friendly & funny, interesting & informative. He helped explain everything and fixed a few little things on the spot and even helped fix a problem with our electric brakes to get us on our way, which was by no means part of the handover.

We had our maiden voyage on the weekend and had a great time, the kids loved it but I think I enjoyed it more, having a lovely new van with a few "mod-cons" from home. We also hope that someone will get a lot of enjoyment out of the camper we traded.

You have a fabulous company Bryan and exceptional staff and we will be in contact when we are ready for a new van, although I think this van will see many years of holidays with the kids so it will probably be to downsize when we embark on the "grey nomad" stage of our lives.
